Detailed Description
The XMDF library contains a large amount of functions because it has to handle the needs of various model definitions as well as pre and post processors. The developer of a modeling code generally will only need to use a small subset of these functions. This section will discuss the general strategy to incorporate XMDF in a specific model as well as introduce the most commonly-used functions.
